Construction to repair the walkway area between units 202 and 203 along with 302 and 303 will begin September 27th. The contractors are ahead of schedule which is the reason for the last-minute posting. This may cause some inconvenience due to noise and construction work. This may also cause owners and guest to be re-routed to exit and enter the building from opposite ends of the building. Please beware of construction equipment, material and watch your step.
