Here are some helpful tips for winterizing your unit at Holiday Hills.

 

- Keep thermostat set at 55 or warmer degrees to maintain sufficient heat in the interior of the unit to keep the pipes and fire sprinkler system from freezing.

 - Turn off your water (inside your condo) & hot water heater breaker when unit is vacant.

- Open the cabinet doors under all sinks to allow heat to the pipes.

- Open washer/dryer room doors to allow heat to the pipes.

 

If your unit is vacant during the winter season, you must SHUT OFF the main water valve inside your condo and the hot water heater breaker.  Water shut valve off is located inside the condo. If you cannot locate your condo shut off valve inside your condo, please contact a plumber to install one.
