Dear COA Owners, Tenants and Guest: Lakes I Building

 

Staring on March 17, 2024 thru March 22, 2024, all parking spaces in front of Lakes I building will need to remain open for repair and maintenance to be completed. The Contractor will be using a large lift to work on Lakes I building. To ensure the work can be completed and no damage to vehicles, all cars will need to be parked on the opposite side of the parking lot or in another parking location. 

Vehicles parked in the parking spaces in front of Lakes I building during this time will be subjected to towing at owner’s expense.

The COA realizes this will be an inconvenience for owners, tenants and guests during this time of repair and maintenance. The goal is to get Lakes I building back to normal as soon as possible along with improvements and upgrades that will help the owners at Holiday Hills. We thank you for your patience and cooperation.
