Starting the week of September 15th, the contractor will begin walkway repairs to replace concrete on the east walkway. The area will be from the bridge to the staircasing. This will affect units 1,2, 5,6,9 &10. To enter or exit the building you will need to go to the lower level and use the grass. There will be construction noise during this time that will cause an inconvenience. The COA expects the work to take between 5 to 10 days once the construction starts and the length of time will depend on weather and contractor availability.
