Lakes Owners,

 

Painting of the Lakes Buildings Railings will start June 22, 2026, starting with Lakes A Building. This will include sanding, scraping, priming and painting of the front and side railings of the buildings. This will not include the stairwells at this time. No exact time lime line for the work to be completed will be giving due to contractor’s schedules and weather. The COA intent is to have the painting completed by September 1, 2026. There may be some inconveniences and will be construction noise from the sanders and tools the painters will use on the railings, but should be minimal to owners and guest. Staring on Thursday May 21, 2026 owners can pick up paint for the back patio railings at the COA office. Owners that do not want to sand prime and paint their patio railing may use a painter of the own or contact Osterday Painting at 417-337-2155. Painting of patio railings need to be completed by October 1, 2026 to avoid fines. For questions or concerns contact the COA office.
